KING OF D COURT (KODC) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization with the mission to develop educationally sound and fundamentally strong student-athletes, as well as mentor good character and moral principles.
We do this by teaching solid sports, athletic, and academic skills through professional, knowledgeable, and positive teaching and coaching.

OUR HISTORY
KODC was founded in 2011 by Tommy & Whitney Mitchell. Tommy and Whitney both played Division I college basketball at Siena College and Rice University, respectively.
Tyler, Texas born and raised, Tommy Mitchell, has gone on to play professionally for the past 17 years ALL over the world,
from the US (Golden State Warriors) all the way to China (CBA).
Through KING OF D COURT, they are able to take their knowledge of the game of basketball and help develop the next generation of STUDENT-athletes to continue their education using the model of athletics.
